"I really don’t know where to begin explaining how working with Dina and Anew Wellness is changing my life. I’ve always hated vegetables, and have struggled to drink enough water. On the flip side, I love carbs and sugar. ... In short, I have historically been a nutritional train wreck! But working with Dina has been about way more than increasing my vegetable and water intake; it has been a journey of learning about me and what I need to do in order to be healthy, strong, active and most importantly, confident. "This program has motivated me to be the kind of eater I have always wanted to be. I have incorporated so many more vegetables in my diet. I have started really listening to my body and my mind. Dina’s credentials for teaching well being of body, mind and spirit are not only impeccable but her passion is also evident to all who meet her and especially witnessed by her clients. I consider my five months thus far with Dina to be one of the best investments in my life. I have changed for the better and I had to or else. All other attempts had failed.

I was not a vegetable/grains eater, great water drinker, exerciser or healthy cook. I was an unscheduled, hopeless, overweight stick in the mud. Dina helped bring me alive again and inspired me to take care of myself while teaching me practical ways to do so. I began to identify distractions and obstacles to my wellness and begin to overcome them. Once I even found myself thinking out of the blue, 'Gee I’m hungry for some Swiss Chard!' Dina fine-tunes her sessions depending upon one’s needs.

Dina has always been generous of spirit and time with me and her gentle manner and sense of humor make her fun to be around. I especially enjoyed her cooking session where we learned new ways to make new meals which were healthy, easy and delicious.
