Please join us for a  fun group cooking class where you can learn how to create simple, healthy, delicious nourishing meals for yourself and loved ones.

Private cooking classes customized to Your needs.
You can schedule a single class or a series of them.
A group cooking class for You and your friends! We can organize the class for you, you can invite your own friends or have a couples night for a fun and educational cooking class! Learn, cook, laugh, drink and of course share your meals!

Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage is a healing system, its origins tracking back to 2,500 yrs ago to India. It is based on the principles of Yoga, Ayurveda and Meditation. Often described as assisted Hatha Yoga, when receiving TYM one is also receiving the benefits from the practice of Yoga.

It is a relaxing full body massage that is performed on the floor. The client is advised to be wearing loose and comfortable clothing. The session incorporates slow and rhythmic motion, palming and thumbing along the energy lines, gentle stretching in sync with the breath, creating a slow flow around the client's body.

Energetic Bodywork Sessions (Polarity)

Polarity is an integrative healing system based on the ancient Chinese belief that we are energy beings and that energy runs via our energy channels (meridians) throughout our entire body. When these channels are blocked , energy is also blocked leading to imbalance and ultimately manifesting into disease.

The bodywork sessions involve some Reflexology , acupressure, body rocking, and other types of touch on and off the body. The sessions are performed on a massage table and the client remains clothed. Polarity exercises and food suggestions are also incorporated during the sessions.
