Group Wellness Program

Working through your health goals with other like-minded individuals, can be tons of fun and very rewarding! In a group setting, you are motivated and encouraged by each other as you learn, laugh, share, cook, bond and can even exercise together! We cover the same topics that are included in our individual programs and we try to get as much in depth as time allows us in the group setting.

Whether you have sound knowledge on nutrition or are new in this field, our group wellness program is a wonderful option to consider. The sessions are very interactive and you will be inspired through the dynamics of the group.
