What makes this program different from any other diet?

During our program we DON'T TELL YOU WHAT TO DO, but instead:

  • We guide you and coach you into appropriate action steps that will lead you towards your own goals of well-being, coaching you through obstacles that usually limit your potential and success.
  • We respect each person’s individuality and apply a customized approach even if one of the goals, such as weight loss appears to be the same for everyone.
  • We take the time to teach YOU how to listen to your own body and consider what is right for YOU!
  • Besides your nutritional needs, We teach you about how your lifestyle can affect your health and your wellness and how aligning your meals and lifestyle with the seasons is also imperative to your health.
  • We take the time to discuss other aspects of your life and consider ways to balance your physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
  • We offer you tools , books, recipes and resources that we find are important for your success.

Who will benefit the most from your programs and what is expected of the participants?

People who are excited and eager to turn their health and life around once and for all! People who are open in trying a new approach are willing to put some time and effort in making small practical changes in their diet and their lifestyle and who are ready to take accountability and responsibility for their health and their lives will benefit most. 

Who is NOT likely to benefit from your Anew programs?

People who are looking for a quick fix and are not willing to follow through while tend to always have an excuse for not doing their “homework”, will most probably not benefit from this program. I want to work with people who are ready to make their health a priority, who assume accountability for their eating habits and lifestyle and are willing to pick up the responsibility on making the appropriate changes with a fresh perspective.  If you are motivated and excited, I can help you get out of your own way, help you overcome the real obstacles and make the process simple and easy.

What are the top results that clients get from your program ?

Increased energy, weight loss, increased self-esteem and the ability to believe in themselves and what they can accomplish in life; greater knowledge of food, understanding how it affects their mood, health and life and learning how to get good quality of food in their diet in the easiest possible ways.

How can I guarantee to get the most out of the program and reach my goals?

Obviously, much of your success depends on you. There is no quick fix. The best way to ensure results is to be honest about what is working and what is not, to follow the recommendations and invest some time and effort in working through the challenges that come with making changes.

I'm not sure if I can afford the monthly payments right now do you offer extended payment plans?

Yes! We offer extended payment plans based on individual needs. If you truly want to be engaged in one of our programs we will find a way to work it out for you! Contact us so we can discuss the possibilities.

Why is the program 5 months long? Can I do one or two sessions and see if I like it?

Unfortunately we spend a whole lifetime eating the “wrong foods” and building “bad” habits and expecting in a couple of visits to change our life around, is not realistic! That is why our program is a gradual process. Time is required to try new things, integrate new habits, fully implement plans and realize goals,. At each session, we'll review your actions of the previous week, successes and learning, work through challenges and obstacles, and partner on the action items you'll work on for the coming week. Relevant articles, information, tools, exercises and materials may be incorporated to support thinking and actions.

If you follow the recommendations and show up you will experience positive results. I invite you to be honest with me during our sessions and let me know if something isn’t working for you; I will work with you to re-evaluate our approach and customize the program to support your needs best. I am here to hold your hand, challenge you and encourage you, remind you that you can do this, and also help you feel accountable to encourage you while working through the challenges.

What is the Message you want to get out?

As a society we are losing touch with ourselves and with nature. We get caught up in our fast-paced demanding lifestyles and we forget what we eat, why we eat and forgetting what our purpose in life is.  We are most often than not, sick and tired, always desperately looking for the quick fix; it doesn’t have to be this way! Making an effort to eat healthy does not mean abandoning our lives. It is more a matter of finding our personal truth and understanding what we need to nourish our body and mind. By learning how to listen to our bodies, we can learn how to take care better care of ourselves every day, live with more awareness, more consciousness around our choices and defining what it means for us to be healthy and well.
