What's cooking in Dina's kitchen this month, you ask? In March will be doing something entirely different than our usual! I will be sharing my sacred space (a.k.a. my kitchen) with one of my clients, Chad, who will be showing us how to make homemade healthy pasta! 

Chad has been using his gramma's recipes for homemade pasta for years and together we explored the whole wheat version. We were both amazed with the results and decided to share our secrets!

I am thrilled and honored to have Chad as the first  "Guest Chef" and you will be too, once you taste his homemade whole wheat lasagna, portabella stuffed ravioli and ricotta cavatelli served with a healthy version of his luxurious yet delicate vodka sauce!  Yummy! (This Health Coach has gone off the deep end!)  

During the 2 hour class you should expect:  

  • Step-by-step cooking demonstration on 4-5 recipes  Education, support and discussion on healthy ingredients used 
  • Filling tastings of all dishes 
  • Printed recipes and more educational handouts to take home 
  • Support and Q&A on healthy living and seasonal eating
